Understanding Relational Intelligence
Relational Intelligence (RI) is the capacity to perceive, interpret, decide, and respond to interpersonal conditions that influence how we relate to others. This assessment asks about five interconnected capacities: Attunement, Presence, Safe Haven, Supporting Psychological Safety, and Integration.
Respond based on what you typically do, not what you think you should do. There are no right or wrong answers.
What happens afterward: Your answers become final when you submit the assessment to view your individualized developmental report. You can return to your report afterward but cannot edit the submitted answers. You will then see five brief questions about the feedback and two optional comment boxes. On the thank-you page you may choose whether to send your 20 answers, your complete developmental report, and evaluation responses to the researcher. Sending is voluntary and requires your explicit confirmation.
If at any time during this assessment the questions bring up unpleasant thoughts or memories, we strongly suggest that you discontinue the assessment and consult a qualified medical professional.
Privacy: Your report is calculated in your browser. After reading it, you may optionally submit your age-range and gender selections, your 20 answers, the complete text of your individualized developmental report and five domain averages, five feedback ratings, and written comments directly to the researcher. No information is sent without your confirmation and successful submission. The submission may be processed by an external form-delivery service. Do not enter names or identifying details in written comments. You may print or save your report locally without submitting.

Your five ratings are requested to help assess the clarity, relevance, perceived accuracy, developmental usefulness, and overall value of the report. Do not include names or identifying details.

If delivery has not been configured or fails, no successful submission will be claimed. You may still keep your report or copy your evaluation.
